Philippine Customer Visits OUCO to Evaluate 10 m³ Remote Control Grabs
The Philippine delegation visited OUCO to review an order for two 10 m³ remote control grabs. Alongside touring our cutting, welding, and assembly workshops, the customers joined our team for a meeting to discuss product specifications, operating conditions, and practical requirements for bulk cargo handling.
The visit also included a trip to the dock, where the customers observed the grab testing process firsthand. Seeing the equipment in operation allowed them to assess its performance beyond the workshop and discuss their questions directly with our team.
The customers were highly satisfied with the product performance and overall visit. The inspection concluded on a positive note, with both teams taking a group photo to mark the occasion.
Designed for handling bulk materials such as coal, ore, grain, and fertilizer, these 10 m³ grabs will help the customer meet growing port cargo-handling demands with their own equipment.
Middle Eastern Customer Explores OUCO's Marine and Offshore Expertise
OUCO also received a delegation from a marine and offshore equipment service provider serving the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and other Gulf markets.
Beyond inspecting our production workshops, assembly areas, and testing facilities, the discussions focused on how OUCO's equipment serves different marine and offshore applications. The customers learned more about our previous projects in the Middle East, the operating environments involved, and the common equipment requirements of regional customers.
These exchanges provided an opportunity to discuss practical challenges in marine lifting, offshore operations, spare parts supply, and technical support. By sharing project experience and application knowledge, both sides gained a clearer understanding of potential cooperation opportunities in the region.
The visit also highlighted the importance of matching equipment design and performance with the demanding conditions of marine and offshore work.
